Happy Thursday! There are lots of big changes coming up for me, including a big rebuild of my Bettina.ca and PinUpClass.com websites so they work well together and better help you find out what I'm up to these days. I've been so busy performing and teaching and taking photos since I made the big move to New York City in 2010 that I haven't had much time to spend making my websites look pretty. This page is the first step, and in the coming weeks I'll be organizing and streamlining the rest, so bear with me and let me know if you encounter any broken links or bugs, I'd really appreciate it.
Now what cool things are coming up? For starters, I've started offering my classes in live online format, so if you've always wanted to learn how I do my hair, pose for photos, organize a tour etc, you can now join me from the comfort of your home/car/office from anywhere in the world that you can get online to live stream my class, and ask questions etc. The next class is this Saturday, Feb 20 and I'll be talking about Vintage Style for the Career Gal, sharing how I incorporated pin-up style into many different corporate settings. I'm so pleased to have this class sponsored by MY favourite pin-up model Bernie Dexter, who is offering a special discount code to all registered students, AND Bachelor Pad Magazine, who has generously donated a magazine that I'll sign and give away to one lucky student at the end of class.
I also have a full-time home photo studio in Brooklyn, NY, filled with vintage furniture, props, backdrops, clothing and accessories, so if you are looking to get new photos as a special treat for yourself or a loved one, new promo photos or unique headshots, check out this link for pricing options, andclick here to see samples of my work. Weekends book up pretty quickly but I can likely squeeze you in on short notice weekdays during the day and some evenings if I'm not performing.
That's it for now, thanks for popping by and keep checking back for updates, or to keep it easy, join my email list using the form on the left to be the first to hear any big news!
